Position Overview

  • Coordinates all recruitment activities and programs in support of organizational staffing objectives to meet or exceed recruitment goals. Guide viable candidates through the recruitment and on-boarding process.

Recruiter Job Responsibilities

  • Execution of full cycle recruitment operations across the UHS healthcare system
  • Develop robust and creative recruitment strategies in alignment with departmental and organization goals
  • Build relationships with local and regional recruitment sources to build and maintain a steady flow of candidates
  • Build strong relationships with local schools and colleges
  • Use contemporary recruitment tactics to source and attract high quality job applicants
  • Develop strategic relationships with hiring managers and UHS leadership
  • Participate in a team environment where collaboration and support for one another are seen as critical success factors
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and disseminate recruitment reports to departmental leadership and key stakeholders

Position Requirements

  • Education/Experience
    • Minimum Required:
      • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of three (3) years of professional human resources experiences.
    • Preferred:
      • Three (3) years of previous recruitment experience in health care.
      • Working knowledge of the principles and techniques of behavioral based interviewing.
  • License/Certification
    • Minimum Required:
      • Not Applicable
    • Preferred:
      • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate or equivalent
