Ideal Senior Living Center is a nationally recognized assisted living facility with awards for excellence in customer service, practice and quality. We have exciting career opportunities for full-time LPNs to join our long-term care teams in Endicott, New York.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the care teams within the Senior Living environment. Working alongside a Medical Director and a team of RNs and allied health professionals, you can help us promote a caring and healing environment for senior residents. This high-acuity environment allows a nurse to use clinical skills to observe and report changes to medical providers, making a difference in the lives of our seniors. The LPN is a team leader, overseeing the care as it's provided by CNA’s, in collaboration with the RN Manager. We offer our LPNs a consistent and predictable schedule working within fast-paced environments where established teams work collaboratively to support one another and deliver exceptional care. Here we emphasize personal and professional growth for our LPNs with the help of an Education Incentive Program, which provides tuition assistance so that LPNs can pursue additional Nursing degrees. We’re proud to offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for our LPN staff, as well as opportunities for advancement.

Successful LPN candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Degree or certifications from an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Current New York State Practical Nurse License and CPR certification.
  • Clinical experience in a long-term care setting is preferred, but we are willing to train recent graduates without experience.
  • A team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Shared value in providing exceptional care for seniors and their families.
