United Health Services Senior Living at Ideal is seeking an LPN to become an integral part of our care team environment. Working alongside a Medical Director, a team of RNs, and allied health professionals, you will help deliver compassionate care for our senior residents. Your work will make a difference in the lives of our seniors.

*This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.*

Ideal’s skilled nursing facility provides care for residents 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We're proud to be a nationally recognized assisted living facility with awards for excellence in customer service, practice, and quality. At United Health Services, we emphasize personal and professional growth among our care teams. This LPN position is eligible for tuition forgiveness and our Education Incentive Program, which provides tuition assistance for LPNs looking to become RNs through an accredited ASN or BSN program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Use clinical skills to observe and report changes to medical providers in a high-acuity environment
  • Act as a team leader, overseeing care provided by CNAs in collaboration with the RN manager
  • Work collaboratively with established teams to deliver exceptional care as you support one another

Position Qualifications


  • Degree or certification from an accredited school of practical nursing
  • Current New York State Practical Nurse License and CPR certification
  • A team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Shared value in providing exceptional care for seniors and their families


  • Clinical experience in a long-term care setting; however, we are willing to train recent graduates without experience
