  • Position Overview
    • Under direction of the Engineering Supervisor/Facilities Services Supervisor to perform a variety of tasks to repair, maintain, or replace components of the Nursing Facility and Assisted Living/Independent Apartments' infrastructure and equipment. Implement the preventive maintenance program to minimize disruption to the facility operations.
*Tasks are varied each day and involve completing work orders and responding to urgent requests. There is some outdoor work, especially during the winter, with plowing the campus and de-icing.

      • License/Certification

        • Current un-restricted Driver's License
