  • Position Overview
    • Manages a caseload of patients and completes assessments, problem lists, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, progress notes, discharge plans and discharge summaries. Actively participates in up to four times a week staffings, bi-weekly supervison, completed treatment plans and treatment plan reviews for staff discussion and approval.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Associates Degree in Applied Science in Chemical Dependency or related field.
      • Preferred:
        • 2 years’ experience working in a chemical dependency setting.

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC)
      • Preferred:
        • Not Applicable
