  • Position Overview
    • Leads the development, administration and monitoring of the United Health Services Hospitals Corporate Compliance Program under the direction of the Corporate Compliance Officer. Supports and advises the Member Organizations’ regarding their individual compliance programs. Serve as a compliance program resource, provides compliance education and coordinates all compliance program results reporting in order to ensure a system wide approach to compliance.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or medical record science/health information management, or health services management and three years’ experience in health care, internal auditing, revenue cycle or compliance activities.
      • Preferred:
        • Master’s Degree in Health Care Management or related field, Knowledge of health care billing, coding and documentation, Clinical and Revenue Cycle experience, Clinical and Revenue Cycle auditing experience

        • Health Care Compliance Association certification
