  • Position Overview
    • Under the supervision of the Manager of Revenue Management, the Accounts Receivable Representative is primarily responsible for processing account billing, performing follow-up, handling patient requests, and administering other account maintenance. The Accounts Receivable Representative is cross-trained in all aspects of the business office and performs other duties, as assigned.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • High School Diplomas or GED with hospital experience in a field related to accounts receivable, or equivalent combination of education and experience
        • Experience with CPT and ICD-10 terminology, as well as current practices utilized by insurance companies to process and pay claims
        • Experience performing simple mathematical computations with a high degree of accuracy
