  • Position Overview
    • Under direct supervision of the Patient Accounting Supervisor, reviews account receivables in various work lists, resolving system edits that are preventing claims from billing and reviewing outstanding balances due from multiple third party payers. Has a thorough understanding of accepted billing and payment practices.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • High School Diploma or Equivalent
        • Experience working on a professional level with staff and third party payers while efficiently managing high work volume in a fast paced work environment
      • Preferred:
        • A minimum of one (1) of year experience in a health care billing office
