Walk-In Care - Nurse Practitioner, Part Time 24 hours
The Nurse Practitioner will provide general medical care and treatment to patients in our office, under direction of physician. Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs. Record physical findings, and formulate plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition. Discuss cases with physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan. May refer patients to physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment. FNP must possess current license in New York State as an RN and must have a current New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner.

About Our Region
Norwich is the Chenango County seat and home to about 7,000 residents.
