  • Position Overview
    • Provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment plans, group therapy, individual therapy, discharge and aftercare planning. Participates in case management and clinical team case review process to ensure improved and long term plans for enhanced functioning socially, vocationally and personally in keeping with patient treatment recovery plan.

      • Minimum Required:
        • Master’s degree in social work
      • Preferred:
        • Not Applicable

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
      • Preferred:
        • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker with R privilege (LCSW-R) with two years direct clinical care to patients in a licensed mental health clinic
