United Health Services is seeking a Nurse Recruiter to join our HR team.

Talent Acquisition Nurse Recruiter Responsibilities

The Recruiter is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities in support of organizational staffing objectives; meeting or exceeding organizational recruitment goals with talented, qualified and diverse candidates. In addition, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating job offers and employment negotiations, and the background check process all while ensuring candidates have an outstanding experience, which differentiates United Health Services from its competitors.

  • Execution of full cycle recruitment operations across the United Health Services healthcare system
  • Develop robust and creative recruitment strategies in alignment with departmental and organization goals
  • Build relationships with local and regional recruitment sources to build and maintain a steady flow of candidates
  • Build strong relationships with local schools and colleges
  • Use contemporary recruitment tactics to source and attract high quality job applicants
  • Develop strategic relationships with hiring managers and United Health Services leadership
  • Participate in a team environment where collaboration and support for one another are seen as critical success factors
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and disseminate recruitment reports to departmental leadership and key stakeholders

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required with minimum of three (3) years of related experience
  • Human Resources credentials a plus
  • Three (3) years of previous recruitment experience in health care a plus
  • Working knowledge of the principles and techniques of behavioral based interviewing a plus
