  • Position Overview
    • Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates monthly department expense reports, as well as financial, volume, Relative Value Unit (RVU), patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports. Maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate. The Supervisor I level of responsibility includes more than 17 direct reports, more than six (6) providers, working RVU’s of greater than 20,000, or a supervisory role for a teaching practice or multiple locations.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • High School Graduate or equivalent
        • Three (3) years relevant medical office experience; one (1) year in a supervisory role or successful completion of UHS Supervisor In Training program.
      • Preferred:
        • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

        • Not Applicable
      • Preferred:
        • Current drivers license
