  • Position Overview
    • The Office lead will work closely with the supervisor and management team to uphold the mission and vision of UHS to ensure Service Excellence, Clinical Excellence, Financial Strength and Market Growth.
    • Coordinate and oversee activities of the front office and front office team members to ensure compassionate and professional care for patients, and effective and efficient front office work flow.
    • Will perform all duties of a medical receptionist: “The medical receptionist is the customer service liaison to each of our practices. The medical receptionist greets each patient with courtesy and respect using exceptional communication skills. The purpose of this position is to provide our patients with a seamless experience while following all UHS Policies regarding registration, scheduling, insurance verification and billing.”
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • High School Diploma or equivalent
        • Three (3) years of Medical Receptionist experience
      • Preferred:
        • Previous medical, administrative and customer service experience
        • Proficient PC skills
        • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
        • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

      • Minimum Required:
        • Not Applicable
      • Preferred:
        • Current driver’s license
