  • Position Overview
    • Supervises direct patient care activities, including the assessment, admission, and coordination of all UHS Home Care at Ideal patients and UHS Senior Living at Ideal Assisted Living Program (ALP) residents. In the absence of the Director, assumes delegated responsibilities. Serves as a member of the Senior Management team of UHS Senior Living at Ideal.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
      • Preferred:
        • One year experience in Community Health and/or supervision of para-professionals.

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • Current New York State Registered Nurse License.
        • CPR within 3 months of hire
      • Preferred:
        • Drivers License
