Nursing Assistant Position Overview
Nursing Assistants perform basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and are instrumental to our hospital units. Patients depend on Nursing Assistants, who ensure they are cared for in a safe and comfortable environment.
NT 2 at United Health Services Hospitals Wilson Medical Center is an inpatient neurology unit that provides comprehensive care for patients recovering from neurological surgeries, conditions, and injuries such as brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, neuromuscular disease, seizure disorders, and brain tumors. United Health Services Hospitals Wilson is recognized as a leader in neurological surgery and treatment, is a New York State-designated Stroke Center, and is Level II Trauma Center.
