Come join a well-established Gastroenterology group in Binghamton New York. We are looking to add a Nurse Practitioner due to practice growth. Currently the practice has 7 well established Gastroenterologists in the community and 4 Nurse Practitioners. The group performs well beyond 10,000 procedures every year. This position provides general medical care and treatment to patients under the direction of a physician and collaborating provider in the office practice. Highlights include
Our Digestive Health services include upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, esophageal dilation, feeding tube placement, and liver biopsy. Our department also offers more specialized procedures to our community, including ERCP, EUS (diagnostic and therapeutic), EMR, HRM, impedance PH monitoring, capsule endoscopy, fibroscan, and cyst gastrostomy.
Minimum requirements: Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and have current certificate of registration from the NCCPA.Preferred training/experience in ICU, ER, Med-Surg, or GI background a plus.
