United Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our Binghamton Internal Medicine Medical Center.

Full-time, exempt and seeking both experienced or new graduate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in this Primary Care focused and collaborative environment

The provider will be responsible for general medical care and treatment to patients in our medical facility, under direction of a physician. Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs. Record physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition. Discuss cases with physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan. May refer patients to physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.

FNP must possess current licensure in New York State as an RN and must have a current New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner. Must also be board certified. PA must possess current licensure in New York State
