  • Position Overview
    • Reviews patient database to abstract data elements and enter missing information into patient medical chart in accordance with detailed specifications from CDC, NBCCEDP, and CRCCP, MIPS and Meaningful Use program for screening rate measures and research.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Associate’s Degree in healthcare/related field; or High School Diploma and Medical terminology training.
      • Preferred:
        • Two (2) years related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience
