  • Position Overview
    • Responsible for the provision and management of safe, effective patient services in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Supervises professional staff. Works with other management and administrative staff to ensure appropriate agency services to patients.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Advanced degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy and two year of home care experience.
      • Preferred:

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • License and current registration to practice as a PT or OT in New York State.
