As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of the execution of full cycle recruitment and to provide day to day direction and support to members of the talent acquisition team. Responsible for developing and executing proactive talent sourcing strategies that produce talent pipelines needed for current and future business growth. Responsible for linking talent acquisition initiatives to core business strategies implementing recruitment projects that achieve business line goals. This role will support recruitment at all levels, including nursing, allied health, management and administrative functions. Develop and engage team, lead process improvement initiatives, and the development and achievement of team annual operating goals.
