  • Position Overview
    • The Performance and Organizational Effectiveness Manager will be responsible for the development and management of programs, analytics, and processes to improve the overall functioning of the organization, its key strategy, operational planning and overall business goals. This role is responsible for the development and administration of the Employee Performance, building the organizational effectiveness strategy and other culture-related initiatives including effective change management interventions. This includes, but is not limited to, project planning and communication on key organizational transformation and change initiatives, providing consultation to business leaders as well as HR Business Partners in areas of employee performance, action planning, culture transformation, and change management interventions. The successful Performance and Organizational Effectiveness Manager will build the sustainable competitive advantage for the organization with the help of a smart and effective Performance improvement measures and key transformational and change transitions successfully launched as required within the organization and work on key organizational effectiveness challenges as through the evolution of UHS This position reports to the Senior Director of Talent, Performance, Organizational Effectiveness and D&I. This role will have one direct report focused on Net Learning, training tracking and E learning initiatives of the organization
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Related Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience; 7-10 years in a senior Manager role;
        • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat;
        • Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, growing environment; strong knowledge of the organization and its multiple layers of management and people;
        • Experience in large scale people development initiatives;
        • Prior responsibility for performance and organizational effectiveness initiatives, organizational design, leadership integration, organizational culture, change management and large scale organizational transformation interventions;
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills; advanced facilitation and presentation skills; continuous process improvement skills;
        • Collaboration and ability to facilitate cultural and organizational transformation initiatives for multiple employee population across different parts of the organization
      • Preferred:
        • Master’s degree in human resources or related field;
        • Experience in contemporary OD, OE practices and programs and experience in Large scale change management and organizational design projects;
        • Certification in OD, and/or people assessment tools.

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • Any people assessment, people development or OD certification
      • Preferred:
        • SHRM-CP or PHR certification, or advanced OD certification from NTL or equivalent
