  • Position Overview
    • The Career/Employee Development Manager is responsible for the design, implementation and promotion of the career development programs, supports HR Business Partners and key stakeholders in the different business areas, facilities in finding the best internal talents and incorporates them into different talent pools. This Career/Employee Development Manager positively motivates the employees and helps them to grow to the next level with the help of a robust career development process, multiple resources, and rigorous career tools. The successful Career/Employee Development Manager will build the sustainable competitive advantage for the organization with the help of a smart and effective career strategy encompassing the entirety of the organization. This position reports to the Senior Director of Talent, Performance, Organizational Effectiveness, D&I and will have one direct report focused on Net Learning, training tracking and E learning initiatives of the organization.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Related Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
        • 7-10 years in a mid-manager role
        • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
        • Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, growing environment
        • Strong knowledge of the organization and its multiple layers of management and people Experience in large scale people development initiatives; experience in instructional design and ability to train employees effectively, competency development
        • Prior responsibility for Talent segmentation, career pathing, succession planning, and employee development experience
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills
        • Advanced facilitation and presentation skills, continuous process improvement skills
        • Collaboration and ability to facilitate career progression of multiple employees across the different parts of the organization
      • Preferred:
        • Master’s degree in human resources or related field
        • Experience in contemporary talent management practice and large scale Employee development experience
        • Certification in people assessment tools

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • ATD or any other people assessment/training certification
      • Preferred:
        • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
