  • Position Overview
    • Provides intermittent skilled nursing care and patient teaching in the home, as prescribed by the physician and under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Coordinates care with that of other health professionals.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
      • Preferred:
        • Previous experience in a home care setting, as well as scheduling experience.

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • Current NY State LPN license
        • CPR certification
      • Preferred:
        • Not Applicable
