The PMO Analyst is responsible to coordinate project requests and monitor the IT project portfolio for the IT Division according to established policy and procedure. They also support IT PMO Project Managers. • Work with IT management and staff, project stakeholders, business owners, end users and project managers to gather detailed and accurate information about new projects so the applicable governance body can make sound decisions, and establish the appropriate organizational priority for approved projects. • Coordinate and track the intake process from initiation through project disposition and transition to the IT project portfolio. • Monitor and track the status of projects in the IT projects portfolio. • Work with IT PMO Director and other IT leadership to ensure approved projects are scheduled according to IT policy and processes. • Support IT PMO Project Managers. • Provide support to the IT PMO director.

  • Education/Experience

    • Minimum Required:

      • Associates Degree in business, information technology or related field

      • 5 years of experience in information technology or systems

      • Ability to organize, manage and communicate complex technical and business information

      • Proven verbal and written communication skills

      • Strong team and collaboration orientation

    • Preferred:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology or related field

      • 5+ years of experience in information technology or systems

      • Familiar with project management processes and concept

  • License/Certification
