Ideal Senior Living Center is a nationally recognized assisted living facility with awards for excellence in customer service, practice and quality. We have exciting career opportunities for both part-time and full-time Home Health Aides to join our long-term care teams in Endicott, New York.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the care teams within the Senior Living environment. We have day and evening shifts available where you can work as part of a team lead by Home Care Service RNs. Here you can help us expand our regionally recognized care. We emphasize personal and professional development for our Home Health Aide staff. For those entering the field, we offer extensive training to help you establish yourself in the profession. And for more established aides, we offer ongoing training and support with tuition assistance so that you can pursue degrees or further certifications. Successful Home Health Aide candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • High school diploma or completion of an NYSDHD-approved training program for certified Home Health Aides.
  • Clinical experience as a Home Health Aide is preferred, but we are willing to train recent graduates without experience.
  • A team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Shared value in providing exceptional care to seniors and their families.
