    • Plans, organizes, supervises, and controls all assigned operational areas, including tray line and retail. Insures all standards and regulations of Federal, NYS Department of Health, Department of Social Services, and contractor are met.

        • Associates Degree (AAS) in Food Service or one year food service management experience
