Supports the effective operations of the Support Services Division of CMH by providing administrative and personal assistance to the Director of Support Services & Construction Administration, Service Line Manager - Logistical Services - Manager - Facilities Services, and Manager - Technical Services including maintaining various log books, tracking and following up on requests for correspondence/ information, drafting correspondence, and scheduling meetings. Ensures efficient operations of the division and smooth and confidential interactions with all of the constituencies of the office. Works with minimal supervision.

  • Education/Experience

    • Minimum Required:

      • Associate’s Degree in related field and 3-5 years of secretarial and other general administrative experience or;

      • Administrative certification with 8 – 10 years of secretarial or other general administrative experience
