  • Position Overview
    • Supports the effective operations of the Physician Services office by providing administrative and personal assistance to the Vice President of Operations including maintaining various records, tracking and following up on requests for correspondence/ information, drafting correspondence, and scheduling meetings. Ensures efficient operations of the office and smooth and confidential interactions with all of the constituencies of the office. Works with minimal supervision to reduce need for Vice President to be involved in daily office operations. Serves as a liaison with other groups.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Associate’s degree in Administrative Support or related field and a minimum of five years experience at an Executive Management level providing administrative support or ten years of experience working at an Executive Management level
      • Preferred:
        • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field
