  • Position Overview
    • The Epic Training Manager sets the direction for and oversees the curriculum development and other work of the Principal Trainers and Training Coordinators for the Epic System. The Training Manager also identifies the exact training needs of each functional role within an organization, develops an overall training schedule, determines the appropriate level of training for each user and collaborates on communication surrounding training to the organization
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education or related healthcare field is required.
        • Minimum of five (5) years related education/training experience with one (1) year in a healthcare setting
      • Preferred:
        • Master’s Degree preferred.

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • Current Epic certification(s) or
        • must be willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completion of training at Epic in application(s) as assigned.

        • Not Applicable
