  • Position Overview
    • Leads growth and quality service for the Primary Care Centers and Specialties and implements new programs and services, as delegated by the President/CEO. Oversees day-to-day operations of assigned areas, working to improve the patient experience and to prevent process breakdowns resulting in quality care. Partners with other Department Managers to create a team of highly trained and motivated staff who work together collaboratively to coordinate process changes and improve efficiencies. Supervises clinical and non-clinical staff. Coordinates activities that ensure compliance with standards and codes of other regulatory agencies.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
        • Management level experience in a physician’s office or hospital setting.
      • Preferred:
        • Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • NYS RN License
      • Preferred:
        • Not Applicable
