Performs a variety of duties related to the information technology applications. Responsibilities include assisting with design, development, system configuration, implementation and support of information systems for the organization, planning development, training and evaluation of application functionality, working with the team and key customers to ensure appropriate development training and implementation of application functionally.

Education/Experience Minimum Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g. information technology or clinical/healthcare fields), preferred In the absence of a Bachelor’s degree, High School Diploma and 1-2 years of healthcare operations (e.g. clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience.

Must be able to manage/multi-task on several large assigned. Delivers work within established timeframes. Excellent problem solving and written and oral communications.

Candidate will have a proven track record of producing quality deliverables on time, taking ownership and accountability of assignments and demonstrating. Willingness to address issues and take ownership, knowing when and how to escalate issues.

License/Certification Minimum Required: For EPIC positions: Current Epic certification(s) or Willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completion of training at Epic in application(s) as assigned.

Preferred: Current Epic Certifications Work Environment
