  • Position Overview
    • Focus on performance improvement teams that constantly strive to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share via the use of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Act as "Change Agent" to systematically implement process changes through the use of Lean / Six Sigma techniques.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • A Bachelor's degree
        • One-Two years of experience in healthcare systems analysis and design.
        • A strong analytical background, with excellent computer skills, interpersonal skills, knowledge of statistics, verbal and written communication skills
      • Preferred:
        • A certified Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black-Belt, or in training)
        • Master’s degree in Systems Science or Industrial Engineering with a strong analytical background, with excellent computer skills, interpersonal skills, knowledge of statistics, verbal and written communication skills.
