  • Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.
  • Position Overview
    • Acts on behalf of the Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, and hospital administrators in dealing with Nursing and operational issues by facilitating communication and problem-solving and by providing guidance, direction, education, and support to the nursing employees while observing, assessing and evaluation the quality of care provided for patients.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
        • Three (3) years of progressive Nursing experience.
      • Preferred:
        • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing
        • Previous supervisory experience in a hospital setting

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • Current New York State Registered Nurse License
        • CPR within 3 months of hire
      • Preferred:
        • Professional certification in a related nursing specialty (Nursing Administration)
        • ACLS certification
