  • Position Overview
    • UHS Home Care is dedicated to meeting the nutritional and educational needs of our patients and community individuals by providing food services. The Clinical Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy for disease management to produce patient positive outcomes in the outpatient setting.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or related field plus successful completion a supervised practice program for nutrition.
      • Preferred:
        • Not Applicable

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • NYS certification as a dietitian/nutritionist within 1 yr of hire date.
        • License and current registration to practice in NYS.
        • CPR Certification
      • Preferred:
        • Not Applicable
