Position Overview

  • Responsible for accurate data entry and support for the WC PPO team in the areas of call line coverage, communication, record keeping, calendar scheduling, and regulatory reporting.

Position Requirements

  • Education/Experience
    • Minimum Required:
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Three (3) years’ experience in an office setting including expertise with database management and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point
      • A working knowledge of business and medical terminology
    • Preferred:
      • Occupational Medicine and/or Workers Compensation Knowledge

  • License/Certification
    • Minimum Required:
      • Not Applicable
    • Preferred:
      • Not Applicable

Work Environment

  • All work is performed in a professional office setting that requires occasionally working in close quarters with other employees. The office is air conditioned as well as heated. Sitting, standing, walking, bending, and infrequent lifting up to 10 lbs. Occasional interruptions with telephone and co-workers. Any required PPE would be provided.
