          Minimum Required:

          • Completed a Nurse’s Aide program

        • Previous long term care or health care experience
          • New York State Certified Nursing Assistant
        • Certified Nursing Assistant Key Responsibilities and Expectations

        • Help the residents with daily tasks such as grooming and hygiene
        • Help residents with meals
        • Help Residents with transportation if needing assistance
        • Help Residents with toileting
        • Demonstrate commitment to organizational Values of Compassion, Trust, Respect, Teamwork, and Innovation
        • Performs basic resident care under supervision of the Registered Nurse and maintains the resident care and unit environment consistent with the policies, procedures and practices of the Nursing Division and UHS Senior Living at Ideal. Promotes a caring and healing environment for resident-centered care.
