  • Position Overview
    • The Application Analyst III Team Lead is a senior application analyst supporting one or more applications or systems, and serves as a subject matter expert on the workflows, content and functionality of the applications assigned to them for support, and oversees the application team with the support of the application leader.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • High School Diploma and four (4) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience
        • Demonstrated competency in Application Analyst III role.
        • Experienced in all stages of project implementation, including design, development, workflow analysis, build, implementation, optimization, go-live, and post go-live support.
      • Preferred:
        • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) preferred
        • Epic experience

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • For Epic roles: Current Epic certification
      • Preferred:
        • Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification or equivalent certification
