This position is a 6-month temporary position.

  • Position Overview
    • To administer the RHCF in a manner that enables it to use its resources effectively and efficiently to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Set the example for all staff members, consultants and others affiliated with the facility which recognizes that the institution exists to serve the interests of and the needs of the residents Emphasize the importance of a resident’s right to independence regarding all aspects of institutional life. Encourage residents to participate together with staff in resolving conflicts and problems which frequently arise in a group residential setting.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Home Administration or Health Care
      • Preferred:
        • At least two years experience in Health Care; preferably Long Term Care.

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • New York State Nursing Home Administrator
      • Preferred:
        • Not Applicable
