  • Position Overview
    • The Patient Navigator serves as an important member of the care team by facilitating administrative coordination of care for designated patients. The Patient Navigator works collaboratively in pre-visit preparation, working with the care team during and after the patient visit which includes scheduling ancillary and surgical procedures. Navigators also work directly with providers to manage their office and surgical schedule, ensuring all patient records are in order and chart is prepped for visit, post visit treatment plan tests and procedures are authorized and scheduled.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • High School Diploma, or 2 years medical office experience
      • Preferred:
        • Associate’s Degree, Medical Office Assistant Certification, or 5+ years medical office experience
