  • Position Overview
    • The Entrance Screener is the customer service liaison to each of our employees, patients and visitors. The Entrance Screener greets each person with courtesy and respect using exceptional communication skills. The purpose of this position is to provide each employee, patient or visitor with a seamless entrance experience while following all UHS CMH policies. The Entrance Screener performs patient care tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse and/or nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • 6-12 months of proven Customer Service Experience.
      • Preferred:
        • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred

    • License/Certification
      • Minimum Required:
        • Documentation of current CPR certification required within 1 month of start of employment.
